An AR Filter game to collect as many Falero toffees as the users can to simulate the same experience of the toffee fountain that Mapro has in their stores for a better social media engagement.

OVERVIEW
Introduction
With increasing AR capabilities, actual games with scores can be played on Instagram Stories now. This opened opportunities to marketers and brands seeking to engage with millennials and Gen Z audiences since that is the space that Instagram dominates in.
I conceptualized a game where users can move a basket on the y-axis with the help of their face movement and collect as many toffees as they can in 15 seconds which then they can share on Instagram itself. Let’s delve straight into the process.
THE PROCESS
Design
All the toffees were first modeled and designed in Blender. Other elements were created using Photoshop and were later imported into Spark AR Studio for final compilation as an AR Filter on Instagram and Meta.



HOW IT WORKS
Interactions
I used the face finder patch to inform the filter to track a face for the basket's position and register an input when the user moves his face. Collision interactions are recorded to count the score i.e., the number of toffees collected, during the session.
